Revealed: FBI investigated civil rights group as 'terrorism' threat and viewed KKK as victims

Bureau spied on California activists, citing potential ‘conspiracy’ against the ‘rights’ of neo-Nazis

The FBI opened a “domestic terrorism” investigation into a civil rights group in California, labeling the activists “extremists” after they protested against neo-Nazis in 2016, new documents reveal.

Federal authorities ran a surveillance operation on By Any Means Necessary (Bamn), spying on the leftist group’s movements in an inquiry that came after one of Bamn’s members was stabbed at the white supremacist rally, according to documents obtained by the Guardian. The FBI’s Bamn files reveal:

The FBI investigated Bamn for potential “conspiracy” against the “rights” of the “Ku Klux Klan” and white supremacists.

The FBI considered the KKK as victims and the leftist protesters as potential terror threats, and downplayed the threats of the Klan, writing: “The KKK consisted of members that some perceived to be supportive of a white supremacist agenda.”

The FBI’s monitoring included in-person surveillance, and the agency cited Bamn’s advocacy against “rape and sexual assault” and “police brutality” as evidence in the terrorism inquiry.

The FBI’s 46-page report on Bamn, obtained by the government transparency non-profit Property of the People through a records request, presented an “astonishing” description of the KKK, said Mike German, a former FBI agent and far-right expert who reviewed the documents for the Guardian.

The report ignored “100 years of Klan terrorism that has killed thousands of Americans and continues using violence right up to the present day”, German said. “This description of the KKK should be an embarrassment to FBI leadership.”

Shanta Driver, Bamn’s national chair, criticized the investigation in a statement to the Guardian, saying, “The FBI’s interest in BAMN is part of a long-standing policy ... Starting with their campaign to persecute and slander Dr. Martin Luther King, they have a racist history of targeting peaceful civil rights and anti-racist organizations, while doing nothing to prosecute the racists and fascists who attacked Dr. King and the movement he built.”

The FBI launched its terrorism investigation and surveillance of Bamn after white supremacists armed with knives faced off with hundreds of counter-protesters, including Bamn activists, at a June 2016 neo-Nazi rally in Sacramento. Although numerous neo-Nazis were suspected of stabbing at least seven anti-fascists in the melee, leaving some with life-threatening injuries, the FBI chose to launch a inquiry into the activities of the leftwing protesters.

The documents, though heavily redacted, did not include any conclusions from the FBI that Bamn violated laws or posed a continuing threat. Its members have not faced federal prosecution. The FBI declined to comment on Bamn.

“It’s clear the FBI dropped the investigation having no evidence of wrongdoing. It never should have been opened in the first place,” Driver said.

The 2016 rally was organized by two white supremacist groups: the Traditionalist Worker party (TWP) and an affiliated California entity, the Golden State Skinheads. California law enforcement subsequently worked with the neo-Nazis to identify counter-protesters, pursued charges against stabbing victims and other anti-fascists, and decided not to prosecute any men on the far-right for the stabbings.

The FBI appeared to have adopted a similar approach. In a redacted October 2016 document, the FBI labeled its Bamn investigation a “DT [domestic terrorism] – ANARCHIST EXTREMISM” case. The FBI’s San Francisco office wrote that it was investigating allegations that “members of Bamn attended a Ku Klux Klan rally and assaulted a Nazi supporter”. It summarized the Sacramento incident this way:

In 2016, law enforcement learned that the Ku Klux Klan would be holding a rally at the State Capitol Building … The KKK consisted of members that some perceived to be supportive of a white supremacist agenda. In response, a number of groups mobilized to protest the rally. Flyers were posted asking people to attend in order to shut down the rally.

The KKK and Traditionalist Worker party have similar ideologies but are distinct groups. It’s unclear why the FBI labeled the rally a KKK event.

The FBI’s report also appeared to obfuscate details about the political affiliations of stabbing perpetrators and victims, saying: “Several people were stabbed and hospitalized”. That’s despite the fact that California police investigators reported that neo-Nazis were seen on camera holding knives and fighting with counter-protesters (who suffered severe stab wounds).

The FBI file said its research into Bamn found that the group “lawfully exercised their First Amendment rights by engaging in peaceful protests”, but added that its “members engaged in other activity by refusing to disperse, trespassing in closed buildings, obstructing law enforcement, and shouting during and interrupting public meetings so that the meetings could not continue”.

Bamn has long advocated for racial justice and immigrants’ rights, frequently protesting at public events and organizing rallies.

The FBI report said it was “possible the actions of certain BAMN members may exceed the boundaries of protected activity and could constitute a violation of federal law”.

The “potential violations of federal law”, the FBI said, included “conspiracy against rights” and “riots”. The FBI cited Bamn’s website, which encouraged supporters to protest the KKK, featured slogans like “SMASH FASCISM!” and “NO ‘FREE SPEECH’ FOR FASCISTS!”, and celebrated the “mass, militant demonstration” that “shut down” the neo-Nazi rally. The FBI also included screenshots of Bamn pages that referenced a number of the group’s other advocacy issues, including campaigns against “rape and sexual assault” and “police brutality”.

The FBI files further included mentions of Yvette Felarca, a Bamn member who was stabbed at the rally, but is now facing state charges of assault and rioting. (Her lawyers have argued in court that the police investigators and prosecutors were biased against anti-fascists and worked to protect neo-Nazis).

Driver, who is also Felarca’s attorney, said the FBI should have mentioned that Felarca was “stabbed and bludgeoned by a fascist in Sacramento”. She added: “Instead of finding the person who assaulted anti-racist protesters, the FBI chose to target BAMN, which by their own admission holds demonstrations that are protected by the First Amendment.”

The bureau’s justifications of the investigation and surveillance were disturbing, said Ryan Shapiro, executive director of Property of the People. “The FBI discovered that these protesters once shouted at a meeting and somehow that evidence was mobilized to support a full-fledged terrorism investigation,” he noted.

In November 2016, the FBI engaged in surveillance of a protest outside the Berkeley school district, according to the Bamn files. Due to the redactions, it’s unclear whom the FBI was watching, though the report noted that the FBI observed “several children … sitting outside … with signs next to them”.

The FBI report said its investigation and surveillance were not “intended to associate the protected activity with criminality or a threat to national security, or to infer that such protected activity itself violates federal law”. The report continued:

However, based on known intelligence and/or specific, historical observations, it is possible the protected activity could invite a violent reaction towards the subject individuals or groups, or the activity could be used as a means to target law enforcement. In the event no violent reaction occurs, FBI policy and federal law dictates that no further record be made of the protected activity.

Property of the People’s records requests broadly sought FBI documents on anti-fascists. The FBI did not release additional Bamn records beyond 2016.

The FBI’s insinuation that Bamn’s actions could provoke violence was odd, said German, the former FBI agent, who is now a Brennan Center fellow. He noted that it was white supremacists “who have used this tactic for decades” and said the violent provocations of rightwing groups were well known when he worked on domestic terrorism for the FBI in the 1990s. The Bamn report, he said, gave the “appearance of favoritism toward one of the oldest and most active terrorist groups in history”.

He added that the report should have made clear that the “KKK consists of members who have a bloody history of racial and anti-Semitic violence and intimidation and is known for staging public spectacles for the specific purpose of inciting imminent violence”.

Asked whether the Bamn investigation was ongoing and whether the FBI had opened any equivalent inquiry into the neo-Nazis in California, an FBI spokesperson said the bureau does not confirm or deny the existence of specific investigations. “We cannot initiate an investigation based solely on an individual’s race, ethnicity, natural origin, religion, or the exercise of First Amendment rights,” the FBI said in a statement. “The FBI does not and will not police ideology.”

The bureau “investigates activity which may constitute a federal crime or pose a threat to national security”, the statement added.

The Bamn case follows numerous recent controversies surrounding the FBI’s targeting of leftist groups, including a terrorism investigation into Standing Rock activists, surveillance of black activists, and spying on peaceful climate change protesters.

The justice department inspector general previously criticized the FBI for using non-violent civil disobedience and speculation of future crimes to justify terrorism investigations against domestic advocacy groups, German noted, adding that the Bamn files suggest the FBI “seems to have learned nothing from these previous overreaches”.

Even knowing the FBI’s legacy of going after activists, the report was still shocking, said Shapiro.

“A bunch of anti-fascists showed up at a Nazi rally and were attacked by Nazis, and the response form the bureau was to launch a domestic terrorism investigation into the anti-fascists,” he said. “At its core, the FBI is, as it has always been, a political police force that primarily targets the left.”

In your example, the nigger who says that he will "kill you dead, Muddafuggah" is using the words "you dead" so that he can stall for time, so to speak, while his primitive brain searches for and then retrieves the word "Muddafuggah."

Yelling ‘I hate white people’ and punching one isn’t a hate crime, Canadian judge rules

Tamara Crowchief may have yelled "I hate white people" as she carried out a violent assault on a white person, but that doesn't mean her attack was racially motivated, a Canadian judge has ruled.

The attack occurred outside a pub in Calgary, Canada, on Nov. 1, according to the Calgary Herald. Crowchief's victim, identified as Lydia White, lost a tooth in the assault, the paper reported.

Prosecutor Karuna Ramakrishnan had tried to put Crowchief behind bars for 12 to 15 months by arguing that the indigenous woman's "unprovoked" actions represented a hate crime, the paper reported. But Judge Harry Van Harten of the provincial court strongly disagreed.

“The offender said, ‘I hate white people’ and threw a punch,” Van Harten told those gathered in the court during his ruling. “There is no evidence either way about what the offender meant or whether . . . she holds or promotes an ideology which would explain why this assault was aimed at this victim. I am not satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that this offense was, even in part, motivated by racial bias.”

The Calgary Herald reported that the attack happened suddenly and without warning.

White was standing outside the pub talking to another person when Crowchief walked up and yelled “I hate white people” before punching White in the face, the paper reported. After the assault, Crowchief left the scene, but White followed her and called police.

When authorities arrived and arrested Crowchief, she told them “the white man was out to get her,” the paper reported.

At a recent court hearing, White said she's still baffled by the assault.

“I still get angry when I think about it,” she said. “I don’t understand why this woman did this. I never did anything to her. Never even spoke to her.”

By the time of her sentencing, Crowchief had already spent more than six months in jail, according to the Calgary Herald.

Van Harten agreed with Crowchief's defense attorney, Adriano Iovinelli, that she'd been behind bars long enough.

The judge gave Crowchief 12 months probation "and ordered her to get psychological and psychiatric counselling, as well as counselling for substance abuse," the Herald reported.

Crowchief was also banned from drinking or going to a business that specializes in the sale of alcohol, the paper said.

The police ask the usual questions such "WHat the hell are you doing?" to which the niggers reply "We'z having da fun n sheit this is amsterdam why is the popo oppressin us". I translate it word for word to which the police reply "We are not, you are acting like idiots" this starts a mini chimpout. To which I said to the officers "Ze dragen veel illegale drugs meer dan persoonlijk gebruik" (They have a lot illegal drugs on them" and they decided to search them and find cannabis and crack rocks.

There's glaring holes in the left's philosophy on segregation. The most obvious being their belief that every single racial group on this planet is inherently biologically equal in every way - at least when it comes to cognitive ability, since they don't seem to really get too worked up over the argument that blacks make the best sprinters and long-distance runners.

If every single race on this planet really was biologically equal in every way and the racial differences that we observe were merely the result of cultural, historical, and environmental influences (almost all of which, according to the left, ultimately boil down to White people being at fault), then what's the argument against racial segregation in the modern era?

If blacks and Hispanics are just as innately capable as Whites and East Asians of building and maintaining highly advanced societies with good schools, a diverse array of private businesses like tech companies and car manufacturers, and competent governance, then why would the creation of a black ethnostate within the Americas or Africa be a bad thing?

After all, both blacks and White shitlibs are constantly whinging about White privilege, racist cops, racist juries, racist judges, racist teachers and school administrators that are unfairly disciplining and marking down black students, racist university faculties that are discriminating against black students and black faculty, racist hiring practices and portrayals of blacks in the media, racist award ceremonies, et cetera. That's a lot of systematic anti-black racism!

White privilege and anti-black racism is not only systematic but omnipresent in the leftist worldview. And according to mainstream leftist philosophy on racism, every single White person on this planet is inherently and incurably racist. So, if you actually believed that, then why on Earth would you want to subject black people to that sort of racist oppression by forcing them to live in the same societies as Whites? I mean, even in South Africa where Whites now only comprise about 8% of the population, White shitlibs and blacks are still constantly whinging about inherent White supremacy and White privilege horribly affecting black South Africans - which implies that those problems will pretty much always exist as long as White people are still around, even in very small numbers.

Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to help blacks to completely escape the evaaal clutches of Whiteness by helping them to create their own ethnostate where they'd be free to have their own police force, their own courts, their own education system, their own financial and business sectors, their own media, their own government, and their own culture?

Of course I'm not the first person to make these points. Segregationists made these same exact arguments several decades ago, and the left responded to them by arguing that the separate but equal policies of the American segregation system still discriminated against blacks in numerous ways. For example, I remember being brainwashed in school about how black schools would receive the worn down chalk and old text books of White schools under these separate but equal policies. And the desegregationists argued that Whites had free access to all of the best agricultural land, businesses, schools, and government institutions under segregation - which made black inequality and failure inevitable.

Well, what if we could fix all of those problems by ensuring that black schools received not only the same amount of funding per student, but even more funding per student than White students? What if we ensured that this black ethnostate had access to arable land, trade ports, and natural resources? And what if we Whites agreed to give this black ethnostate a huge amount of financial and technological aid every single year in order to ensure that they had a good economy? And what if we agreed to do this for the next 500 years in order to more than compensate for the legacy of colonization, slavery, and discrimination? How would that be immoral or oppressive towards blacks in any way?

To reject that extremely generous arrangement, you'd have to lack confidence in the inherent aptitude of blacks to govern themselves and maintain a highly successful society. And that's the real underlying source of contention here. Deep down, both White libcucks and blacks know that blacks simply aren't capable of keeping up with Whites. I mean, there literally isn't a single highly successful black country anywhere in the entire world - which strongly points towards chronic black failure being biological rather than environmental. And the ugly science of intelligence testing proved that blacks really are inherently mentally inferior to Whites. And that's the dark undercurrent of this whole debate over segregation; both White shitlibs and blacks know that blacks tend to descend into 3rd world status when they're left to their own devices. And so that's why they view access to Whiteness as a fundamental human right that everyone on this planet is born with. And that's why they're so militantly opposed to segregation.

And the other dark undercurrent of this whole debate over segregation is how the left is using the concept of racism in order to destroy the White race. As I stated earlier, according to the mainstream leftist view on racism, all White people are inherently and incurably racist. And so if White racism and bigotry is the worse sin imaginable, and all White people are inherently and incurably racist and bigoted, then the only way to solve the problem of Whiteness is to completely destroy the White race and Western civilization. That's the real end goal here in this supposedly "noble" "anti-racism" (i.e., anti-White) "human rights" crusade; removing all obstacles to open borders, mass immigration, forced diversity, miscegenation, and wealth redistribution by demonizing, pathologizing, and literally criminalizing White racism and racial segregation.

Relentlessly crying about White racism and bigotry - both its omnipresent and everlasting nature - while simultaneously doing everything that you can to shove as many non-Whites as possible into White societies (including White schools) only makes sense if you lack confidence in the ability of non-Whites to create their own equally successful societies and are cynically exploiting the greatly exaggerated specter of White racism and bigotry in order to subvert the interests and very existence of the White race itself. If the races really are equal at the genetic level, and if White supremacy is an eternal evil, then you should actually support ethnonationalist movements like the Alt-Right and racial segregation in order to fully liberate black people. If you take leftist philosophy on race seriously, then opposing this form of benevolent segregation is a form of anti-black racism and oppression.

I also want to preemptively respond to anyone that would argue that agreeing to financially support this black ethnostate for hundreds of years is absolutely retarded because it would cost us billions upon billions of dollars.

Alt-Hype did a great job of estimating the fiscal impact of each race (excluding Asians) on America's annual budget. According to his very conservative estimates, blacks in America are taking at least $306.53 billion more out of the U.S. budget every single year through various handouts than they contribute through taxes. And according to his estimates, it's probably closer to $389.71 billion! And that doesn't even include our extremely generous foreign aid packages that we're sending to black countries all around the world. So, blacks are already costing us an absolute fortune every single year.

And so we'd actually probably save money if we agreed to give this black ethnostate $250 billion annually for the next 500 years. Heck, I'll be generous and agree to give blacks even more than that. How's $500 billion every year sound? Fuck it, have a full 1 trill every single year. If that's how much we have to fork over in order to entice blacks to finally get the fuck away from us, then so be it.

Also, you simply can't put a price tag on removing the cancer that is blackness from our society. We know for a fact that blacks are having a dysgenic effect on our gene pool. And according to Richard Lynn, the hidden crisis of dysgenics is affecting black Americans even more than it is White Americans. And so the chronic problems of black failure are just going to get worse and worse for us as time goes on. Jared Taylor also did an absolutely fantastic job of identifying the hidden costs of racial diversity in his opening remarks on a debate over whether or not racial diversity is a strength.

And while it's become popular to celebrate the cultural contributions of black Americans in recent decades, I don't see how it's possible for any sane and rational person to pretend that mainstream black culture (i.e., degenerate black hip hop [lack of] culture) has had a positive influence on America, Whites, or the world as a whole.

So, to White identitarians like us, preserving the uniquely beautiful White phenotype and bringing back our traditional high culture is absolutely priceless.

Johnson, who is also bishop of the Heart of Fire Church in Louisville, frequently shares Confederate flag images and has called for states to ban the practice of Islam.

The candidate, whose church boasts on a sign that it’s “not politically correct,” asked a TV reporter exactly which of his Facebook posts could be considered offensive.

So the reporter showed him posts that showed the Obama family with ape-life features added to their faces, and another showing Ronald Reagan nursing a chimpanzee identified by a caption as Obama as an infant.

A GOP county chair in Colorado resigned earlier this year for sharing the Reagan-chimp social media image, and a Pennsylvania mayor is being urged to step down over his own racist Facebook posts.

Johnson explained that he just considered the images to be light-hearted amusement.

“It wasn’t meant to be racist, I can tell you that — my history’s good there,” Johnson said. “I can see how people would be offended in that. I wasn’t trying to offend anybody, but, I think Facebook’s entertaining.”

He considered images comparing the nation’s first black president to a monkey no different than what any other president has faced.

“I looked this up — there has been no president that hasn’t had that scrutiny, not one,” Johnson said. “I think it would be racist not to do the same for President Obama as we’ve done for every other president.”

He defended his flurry of Confederate flag posts to be a celebration of state’s rights, and complained that conservatives were under attack for supporting the constitutional rule law, and then argued that Muslims should not be allowed to practice their religion.

“My thing for Islam, if you want to be in America, be an American,” Johnson said. “The thing about all religions in America, they don’t oppose America or want to destroy America, or some way or another get us to take on another law, like Sharia law. I hate that.”

Johnson insisted that he’s not racist — but he’s also not sorry.

“I love America, I love people,” the GOP candidate said. “I believe red, yellow, black and white, all are precious in God’s site. I’m not a racist.”

The chairman of the state’s Republican Party strongly condemned Johnson’s social media activity, saying the posts were “outrageous” and apologizing to Kentucky’s black voters.

“They represent the rankest sort of prejudice present in our society and do not in any way, shape or form represent the views of the Republican Party of Kentucky or the many fine candidates representing us on the ballot this November,” said Mac Brown, the state GOP chair.

Johnson said he’s willing to lose the election over his Facebook posts because sharing those images — most of which he deleted before apparently deactivating his account — were just too important to his self-expression.

“I want to be myself,” Johnson said. “I would rather be myself than be elected as state representative of the 49th.”

Ok I am a teacher at a UK state school set up for the top 20% of achievers. For our American friends, At 11 kids take a exam called the 11+ and the top 20% syphoned off in some areas to grammar schools, state schools for the G&T. Most the kids are white or Asian, and behaviour is pretty much impeccable from these bright young minds.

Somehow nigs have got into the school.......Some of them did not even pass the 11+ exam and got in on appeal as the exam beez raycist and shieet.

There are not many nigglets, only 5 or 6 in a year group of about 150 but enough for niggershenagians to ensure. As you expect the nigglets all congregate together. Hard to call the friends as they fight among each other for dominance but they self segregate.

They are all loud with typical "looks at meez" attitudes . They constantly demand attention and are over dramatic. Always aggresive and starting fights. If there is a fight a nigger is involved.
Never do homework. Rude to teachers and other pupils. Have no concept of saftey.

And of course they are atthe bottom of EVERY class. Most students are A* A or B students, the school has a 97% pass rate of C and above in all subjects . The nigs are D students.

If you go to a detention or the isolation rooms, its will be all black faces looking at you. The Asian kids HATE the nigs and the whites get tired of there niggershines. I dont even have to discriminate to punish the niglets. I just hold them to the exact same high standard of every other pupil and the nigs just single themselves out naturally.

All of these should be taken with a grain of salt . Even if they were true those in position to actually do anything aren’t going to be broadcasting their intentions all over the internet .

But eventually the power to do so will likely become a reality . Right now there are no Pro-White goverments so we are at a disadvantage in a biological arms race . But most people smart enough to do this are White . They could sabotage or steal the formula or release it on their own .

If I had the power to kill our enemies and biological competition I would act unilaterally to do so . Without a White Goverment , and with most Whites conditioned from birth not to be on the side of their own species , something no race but ours has to cope with and with a impending genocide loooming .

If I could kill them all , I would and hope for the best . Any viruses developed would be living things and living things evolve . So a weapon designed to kill one group may well evolve and once it evolves there is no telling what it may do ? Once it runs out of hosts it will die and it may not take its impending extinction any better then I do . It may look for a new host ? but at some point that may be a risk we have to take .

But with the deck stacked against us so bad . And with so many people unwilling to lift even a finger to help us . At this point , something like this may well need to happen for us to survive .

If you like historical dramas, as I do (hence my username!) they are normally nigger-free, though I was quite incensed to see a drama set in Edwardian London that featured niggers- politically correct, yes, but SO wrong, historically. I forget its name, as I turned it off as soon as the first one made its appearance.

“They had around 10 well dressed women and each went to a black man’s table and said: 'Excuse me, how are you?', hugged him and left an envelope,” Pacolli was quoted as saying.

The organisation called the statement racist and offensive, and said the use of such language “makes him inadequate to exercise the duty of Foreign Minister or underatke any representation on behalf of Kosovo”.

Pacolli had been trying to justify Kosovo's failure to get enough votes to join Interpol in November, explaining that Serbia had lobbied against Kosovo with full force. “We saw what kind of lobbying they did inside the hall,” Pacolli said.

Kosovo failed to join Interpol on November 20, after it did not get enough supporting votes at the international criminal cooperation organisation’s general assembly in Dubai.
