Horia Sima along with about 400 Legionaries were in Germany as political prisoners during the war, held in concentration camps of Buchenwald and Sachsenhausen, although they were treated well.

Just north of Birmingham, Ala., sits the tiny suburb of Gardendale. While Birmingham’s 74 percent black population ranks it as America’s fourth-blackest city, Gardendale’s population is 88 percent white. Gardendale’s median family income is more than double that of Birmingham, too, giving the small town a lucrative tax base. In recent years, most of Birmingham’s affluent suburbs have left the struggling Jefferson County Schools’ system to form smaller districts, but until now, a judge had never examined the racial reasons and implications as closely, according to a report by the Washington Post.

U.S. District Judge Madeline Haikala heard the case of Jefferson County Board of Education v. Gardendale City Board of Education and issued an extensive, wide-ranging ruling Wednesday. The case was not overly complex and was mostly black vs. white. The white residents of Gardendale wanted to break away from the county’s schools, creating a new district that reflected the demographics of the city. The parents of black students in Gardendale’s schools said the white parents just wanted to get rid of the schools’ black students.

In her 190-page ruling, Haikala admitted that Gardendale City’s motivations were based on race and inequality. She pointed to a Facebook group with thinly veiled racist messages and wrote about flyers that listed “some of the best” white schools that had already left Jefferson County Schools alongside a list of “bad” racially mixed schools, with a white child asking, “Which one will you choose?” The report noted that the flyers delivered an “unambiguous message of inferiority.” The ruling reprimanded the parents for their continued reference to “Smithfield kids” (a reference to a mostly black section of Jefferson County whose children attend Gardendale schools) in a degrading manner.

The ruling extensively referenced desegregation cases and how they impacted her ruling. The judge explicitly admitted that race seemed to be Gardendale’s primary motivation, finding such to be worse than some of the desegregations of the civil rights era, writing:

"Given these findings, the Court would be within its discretion if it were simply to deny Gardendale’s motion to separate. Were it not for a number of practical considerations, the Court would do just that. As was the case in Stout II, though, some of the circumstances surrounding Gardendale’s attempt to separate are deplorable ..."

Deplorable. But even though she saw that Gardendale’s motives were based on the idea that the school district’s black students were inferior; even though she noted that it would set back the county’s desegregation efforts to make schools equal; and even though it would negatively impact the black students who already attend Gardendale schools, she allowed Gardendale to move forward anyway.

“It’s hard to square,” said Monique Lin-Luse, an NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund lawyer who represented black parents.

No one could figure it out. However, the Gardendale parents were ecstatic.

“We know that the community is anxious and ready to achieve its goal of a locally led public school system. We are, too,” said Chris Segroves, the new board’s president.

There are no quotes from the black students who will all have to attend new schools, knowing it is only because of the color of their skin.

If diversity is so good for white people, why don't they do it on their own? Why do they need laws to enforce it? Because by all scientific measures, it doesn't benefit us.
Diversity causes less participation in civic life and lower participation in democratic institutions per Harvard studies (hmmm why would our economic elites like that?). It causes a degradation of our social services as non-whites disproportionately use housing assistance, have greater educational funding, and use more foodstamps and GA. We face more violent, interracial crime than any other ethnic group.

We have ethnic homelands that we should be in charge of. Invasion is not "equality" or "karma" it is ethnocide. This ethnocide is state policy at this point. It is sickening that we are attacked for putting up resistance to our own annihilation, as people like you laugh.

If you think you’re safe because you follow the rules, you’re wrong. The Breivik shooting was probably the most infamous example of nationalist violence in recent times, and spawned endless debates over his motives, ideology, and so forth. The shooting happened to be one of the most effective counter-terrorism operations undertaken in Europe, radicalizing more nationalists, forcing anti immigration talking points into the political mainstream where they were previously suppressed by state action up to and including incarceration, and framed the enemy/target as being internal, as being the System itself, while striking fear into the hearts of the enemy and showing them that their actions actually do have consequences.

Any negotiations at this point are unrealistic until they’re knocked down a few pegs and/or thrown under the bus by their Jewish masters. Even then, it’s a long shot. A race war may theoretically not be the best course of action on account of Jew-wise nationalists of different races being baited into killing each other, but ultimately, that’s the direction we’re heading and needs to be taken into account. (JTA) — A satirical article suggesting that the French-Jewish philosopher Bernard-Henri Levy plans to emigrate if a far-left politician is elected president triggered a slew of anti-Semitic comments on Twitter.

In the fake interview published last week on the satirical website NordPresse, Levy, one of the country’s best-known celebrities, is quoted as saying, “If Melenchon is elected, I’m leaving France.”

Jean-Luc Melenchon, who is the presidential candidate of the French Communist Party and several other far-left groups, has made considerable gains in polls ahead of the first round of the presidential elections on April 23.

Using the hashtag #BHL — the Jewish philosopher’s initials — hundreds of Melenchon supporters circulated the fake interview on Twitter, adding anti-Semitic comments about it.

“Shove off to Israel or the States, you son of a bitch,” one Twitter user wrote in an apparent reference to the fact that Levy, who is a citizen neither of Israel nor of the United States, is Jewish. Another wrote, “If Melenchon wins BHL knows where he can return.” The latter added a banner advertising Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to tourists.

The L’Expresse daily accused the satirical website of encouraging anti-Semitic discourse by inventing a quote by Levy.

“I cannot agree to a 90-percent taxation of my revenues” in explaining his opposition to Melenchon. “The Jews, as we all know, are rich,” L’Expresse wrote sarcastically.

Levy has criticized Melenchon, whose policies he has called “dangerous.” This week, Levy wrote on Twitter: “A reminder on the deplorable remarks by Melenchon following 2014 rallies featuring chanting about death to Jews.”

The post included a link to an article about Melenchon that was published on the Levy-owned opinion website Le Regle du Jeu recalling Melenchon’s statement on Aug. 24 that protesters against Israel in Paris “remained dignified and embodied better than anyone the founding values of the French republic.”More than nine synagogues were attacked in July that year in the French capital by pro-Palestinian protesters, some using firebombs. In a July 2014 incident at one synagogue, a gang of 150 assailants besieged dozens of worshipers.

On 10 April, a large group of supporters of the Independent State of Croatia gathered at the Ban Jelacic Square, the main city square in Zagreb, reports zagreb.info on April 11, 2017.

In 10 April 1941, Slavko Kvaternik, one of Ustasha leaders, proclaimed the establishment of the Independent State of Croatia in a statement broadcast at the time by Radio Zagreb. Apparently, there are still people in the country who support and advocate for the failed criminal state. They decided to mark the sad anniversary on the Josip Jelacic Square in Zagreb. They gathered in front of the monument [of Jelacic], carrying flags with the letter U (for Ustasha), as well as Croatian flags with the first white field in the coat of arms (such version was used during the Independent State of Croatia). They also carried a large banner with the inscription: "I would give anything to see her, proud and beautiful, like in my dreams."

The Independent State of Croatia was a World War II puppet state of Germany and Italy. It was established in parts of occupied Yugoslavia after the invasion by the Axis powers. Its territory consisted of most of modern-day Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as some parts of modern-day Serbia and Slovenia.

During its entire existence, the state was governed by the Ustaše movement and its leader Ante Pavelic. The regime targeted Serbs, Jews and Roma, as well as anti-fascist or dissident Croats and Muslims. Between 1941 and 1945, numerous concentration camps existed inside the territory controlled by the Independent State of Croatia, the largest of which was Jasenovac.

Independent State of Croatia collapsed in May 1945.

The 'Rafael Boban' battalion of the Croatian Defence Forces - a 1990s paramilitary unit later integrated into the Croatian army - has again celebrated the anniversary of its foundation by chanting the WWII fascist Ustasa slogan 'Za dom spremni' ('Ready for the Home(land)') in the coastal city of Split.

The unit, named after an Ustasa officer responsible for war crimes during WWII, celebrates each year on the day on which the Ustasa-run Independent State of Croatia was formed in 1941.

Besides unit members and their families, representatives of the Split local authority, the Split-Dalmatia County and the War Veterans' Ministry attended the ceremony in front of the unit's memorial in Split.

"I want to greet the dead, the Croatian people and the Independent State of Croatia with the old Croatian greeting: Za dom spremni," the unit's commander Marko Skejo shouted at the end of the ceremony.

I’m pretty sure that whites are more sexually dimorphic intellectually speaking than Asians. Check the SAT scores by race and gender, then look at whites and orientals, and you’ll see that white women fall significantly behind oriental women whereas white men and oriental men are pretty close.

A significant portion of the white/oriental achievement test gap can be accounted for by lower white female scores.

He endorses the late Tam Dalyell’s slander saying: “…concerns that Tony Blair was being ‘unduly influenced’ by ‘a cabal of Jewish advisors’ may have been entirely justified.” He has defended the antisemitic tweets of Naz Shah, despite that MP accepting that what she had said was indeed antisemitic. He has asserted that the SWP’s claim that only thousands — not millions — of Jews died in the Holocaust reflected that party’s need to be “politically correct” and defended NUS President Malia Bouattia’s reference to the “Zionist-led media”. He never misses an opportunity to accuse Jews and others who point to antisemitism in his Party of acting in bad faith.

In fact, it seems there are virtually no allegedly antisemitic incidents or individuals on the Left that Mike Sivier has not either defended or supported.

Mr Sivier explicitly states that he believes that there is a “conspiracy” by Jews: “…it is a conspiracy, have no doubt about that” and those who would defend them in the UK. In the same breath as naming leading Jewish figures, Labour MPs and British journalists he says: “We are being told that agents of a foreign country have infiltrated our institutions”.

This would be enough for Campaign Against Antisemitism to question why the Labour Party are allowing him to remain a member, never mind stand for office in their name. However, Mr Sivier’s taste for antisemitic discourse runs to a deeper shade still: his support and enthusiastic defence of Ken Livingstone, and his assertion that Hitler supported Zionism, runs so deep that he has even written an e-book on the subject. Despite Mr Livingstone being found guilty of bringing the Labour Party into disrepute for making his assertions, and the unanimous determination by the world’s leading Holocaust historians that his interpretation of history is twisted, Mike Sivier is persistent and undaunted. After the verdict, unintimidated by historians of infinitely greater learning than himself, he determined that the Jewish community of this country is incapable of understanding its own history.

Mr Sivier seems determined, however, to ‘complete the set’ of every variety of contemporary antisemitism by linking to the work of Gilad Atzmon, an individual so antisemitic that he has been disowned by those on the left that are no strangers to antisemitism themselves. Gilad Atzmon has taken antisemitism to a new level, asserting that ‘Jewishness’ is toxic. He has written that “With Fagin and Shylock in mind Israeli barbarism and organ trafficking seem to be just other events in an endless hellish continuum” and said at a British University event that “…the burning down of a synagogue…is a rational act”. The post itself featured on the website Redressonline, a website so antisemitic it features Mr Atzmon’s work on a regular basis. Mr Sivier quoted directly in his own piece from the editor’s supplementary comments to Atzmon’s post.
