A FedEx driver was found legally justified in punching a man in Northeast Portland, who later died, after the stranger called the worker racial slurs and tried to hit the driver first, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.

There’s no indication Timothy Warren intended to kill Joseph Magnuson when Warren’s punch connected above Magnuson’s left eye near Northeast Hoyt Street and Northeast 29th Avenue on Sept. 26, Senior Deputy District Attorney Adam Gibbs wrote in a memo declining to prosecute Warren. A county medical examiner later determined Magnuson was in “extremely poor health” beforehand and that his fall to the ground aggravated pre-existing medical conditions and led to his death.

Witnesses describe Magnuson as starting the conflict, yelling at Warren as the delivery worker was driving through the area. They said Magnuson repeatedly called Warren the n-word and “other aggressive and abusive phrases” after the driver stopped his truck and tried to speak with Magnuson about his behavior.

Gibbs wrote that Magnuson may still be alive if Warren kept driving, but “the decision by Mr. Warren, who is black, to not let the racist vitriol to which he was being subjected go unanswered is not of legal significance.”

“Oregon law contains no ‘duty to retreat’ and Mr. Warren was within his right to exit his vehicle and verbally challenge the manner in which Mr. Magnuson was addressing him,” the memo said. “Mr. Magnuson was the initial verbal aggressor; Mr. Warren responded in kind. Mr. Magnuson then escalated and became the initial physical aggressor; Mr. Warren again responded in kind.”

Monday was the first time authorities publicly announced Magnuson’s death and that it had been under review by the district attorney’s office. It marks at least the fourth homicide in Portland this year legally determined to have occurred in self-defense, and the third to happen while the person defending themselves was working.

In this most recent case, witnesses reported Warren driving his FedEx truck slowly after turning east from Northeast 29th Avenue onto Hoyt when Magnuson started yelling “very aggressively” for Warren to slow down, according to Gibbs’ memo. The yelling continued after Warren stopped the truck and tried speaking to Magnuson.

At some point, both men were yelling at each other and Magnuson threw a drink at Warren. Some witnesses said Magnuson threw a bag of food at the delivery driver as well, but another said Warren knocked the bag knocked out of Magnuson’s hand, the memo said. Magnuson then threw a punch at Warren, missing him. Warren hit him once, then Magnuson fell to the ground and went unconscious, according to the memo.

Warren stayed at the scene as police arrived and cooperated with the investigation, the memo said.

Magnuson’s toxicology results weren’t available as of Monday, Gibbs wrote, but the findings “are not of significance to the legal analysis.”

In America, you don’t see tension between those of German descent, Anglo Americans, Slavs, etc. Many white nationalists in this country, aren’t a majority British, or even British at all. I’m neutral about the United States being inherently British in ancestry. I don’t mind patriots who simply consider the US European at best, as long as the United States remains with a clear ethnic and cultural identity. Diversity is always divisive. Really, I don’t care what happens to the U.S. anyways. If the United States ends up predominantly mixed race or multicultural, so be it. It IS just a colony after all. But I think that Europeans should have their own homelands, away from diversity, in Europe.

Nobody defends committing any number of acts of vandalism with swastikas and shit that always find their way onto /r/hatecrimehoaxes. White people agreed to act civilized towards nonwhites and pretty much all of us have kept that agreement, including the alt right. The alt right is many things but we are not uncivil, regardless of anyone's race.

What I want to stress is that the alt right didn't just show up one day and decide to start pissing people off by violating what are essentially non-governmental treaties between different peoples. We are not the ones who decided to change the rules without telling anybody. Anti-whites did that by aggressively redefining the terms by which we structure social conventions, and they did this without asking us if we'd be okay with it. All that we did was notice what was going on and that our society is being subverted, and now we want to talk about it.

It's okay to be what in 2018 is called "racist." It doesn't make you hateful, it doesn't make you a bigot, and it doesn't make you a barbarian. It doesn't make you un-American and it's not at odds with anything in our culture. What is considered "racist" in the current year is just ordinary white people doing ordinary white people things, and it is okay to be white. I think that all of us have a psychological worm where we hear the term "racist" that used to be reserved for absurd and cartoonish behaviors and there's a natural urge to avoid being called that. However, definitions of words change over time and it no longer makes you a bad person. It just makes you a white person.

I'm half Latin and half white American, purely by DNA I'm probably 75-80% white and the rest being Black or Native American from South America. I absolutely hate racemixing, both in general and with my own personal experience.
Growing up in a Hispanic area, I was considered white, as they have a more lienent definition of what "white" is. I saw myself as white and spent was much more in tune with my Dad's American side of the family. However once I got about 10 or 12 I realized that the rest of the US didn't work like this. I remember feeling almost lied to by my parents for letting my live my life up to that point in a bubble.
As I grew older I became more aware of people's opinions on "what" I was. I realized that identifying with my dad's long, white Southern roots was foolish because I was born a Hispanic far from the south. I made attempts to learn Spanish, on the other hand, but people weren't welcoming of some gringo-ized mixed kid. I felt, and have felt for years to now, stripped of my identity. Since little I was always placed in a cultural limbo of both whites and hispanics seeing me as "not them." The white culture I grew up in and thought of as mine, despite a history dating back to the revolutionary war, was completely lost on me in a single generation.
I've brought this insecurity up to people before, and more than once I've gotten the "in the future, everyone will look like you" argument I detest. A future where all races loose what makes them themselves for the sake of "globalism" is not a world I want to live in.
I'm sympathetic to Alt-Right ideas, but realistically any "solution" would involve me being kicked into Brazil or being sterilized. But I'm here, halfway supporting an ideology that would only really benefit from my suicide (not happening) so as to stop people from pulling this bullshit. Don't have mixed kids. It'll fuck with them, some worse than others. I've met more than one other mixed person that agrees with this too. While I can't flat out support the AR, I wish you the best of luck. What's lost on me, hopefully can be saved for someone else.

Depok Immigration warns of foreign men dating Indonesian women so they can overstay visas and not work

Immigration officials in Depok, a satellite city of Jakarta, are warning the public about foreign men tricking Indonesian women by dating them. We know this because they posted an article to their official website with the headline “Waspadalah, Pria Bule Tipu Wanita Indonesia dengan Modus Ajak Kencan” (“Beware, Foreign Men Deceive Indonesian Women Through The Method of Inviting Them to Date”) although it’s not so much an official press release as it is an official copy-paste of the same article from the news website GoRiau.com.

At any rate, the article says that Depok Immigration authorities say they recently arrested a 38-year-old Australian man with the initials WBR for overstaying his visa for over one year using the modus of dating an Indonesian woman to avoid their detection.

Officials said their investigation had led them to believe the suspect used this method “to reap personal benefits”, specifically staying in Indonesia while not working and letting his girlfriend pay for everything.

According to the immigration authorities, WBR had entered Indonesia on April 21, 2017, on a social and cultural visit visa that was extended with South Jakarta Immigration so that it would last until June 19, 2017. WBR allegedly had not been in contact with immigration until he was arrested by officers at an apartment in the Cinere area of Depok recently.

“So the concerned overstayed one year and four months. He is here living with his girlfriend who is an Indonesian citizen,” Depok Immigration spokesperson Newin Budiyanto told reporters yesterday.

Newin said their investigation found that WBR had deliberately dated the Indonesian woman “in order to fulfill his daily needs” as he did not have a permanent job while living here. He also said that immigration officials had seen several cases similar to his.

“In his home country he is a gardener. Now, after we have investigated, we have found more cases like this. So it turns out that this is a method that is often done by foreigners to violate the rules,” Newin said

Based on Depok Immigration’s data, Newin said they had found similar cases involving four foreigners including ones from Egypt, Yemen and Nigeria.

“The pattern of this modus operandi is the same, dating Indonesian citizens to pay for their living expenses while their residence permits expires. According to our investigation, just one foreigner can date up to three or four Indonesian women,” Newin added.

The immigration spokesperson said that WBR would be charged with violating Indonesian immigration law and could face deportation and detention.

He also noted that Indonesian citizens who helped foreigners illegally stay in the country by protecting them, hiding them or paying for their living expenses knowing that they did not have a valid visa could be sentenced with up to 3 months in prison or a maximum fine of IDR25 million (US$1,700).

This reminds me of what happened to one of my White liberal best friends about 15 years ago. He lived in a really nice upper middle class White suburb that was very serene and idyllic. His community was characterized by White people jogging, walking their Golden Retrievers, doing yard work, little kids playing hide-and-go-seek or whatever, young teens skateboarding and playing street hockey, et cetera. But then their community completely changed after a single ghetto black trash family moved in.
All of the sudden there was young black males and obese black females blaring gangster rap music from their pimped out Lexuses (complete with tinted windows, gold trim, and oversized chrome hubcaps), smoking blunts, and drinking liquor. The local White community reacted as you would expect by greatly diminishing the amount of time that they spent outside and turning into paranoid and safety-obsessed hermits. It was like observing Robert Putnam's study on diversity and community cohesion in real life.
It's fucking crazy how one single shitty PoC family can completely change the vibe of an area - which serves as a refutation to all of the genuine moderates (as opposed to the fake moderates like me who only pretend to be moderate for PR purposes) within the movement who think that a certain level of diversity and compromise on social issues is perfectly fine.
And that was only the beginning of my best friend's journey into this wonderful new world of diversity because he would later be brutally murdered by MS-13 illegal immigrants...
