[I wonder if this argument also applied to Native Americans?]

If * God created life on other planets and didnt tell us about them, then its a pretty sure bet He didnt want us to interact with them or vice versa. So....what does it matter if there is or there isnt?

Do aliens exist? No. If they do, they are on borrowed time. A new heavens, and a new earth are going to be created. This universe will be destroyed.

Just because the universe is going to be distroyed doesent mean that other races can't be saved and that the rapture can't happen symaltaneously on other plannets, and the rapture wont happen untill every nation has had a chance to hear the gospel, a nation is a group of people, if aliens exiist they wopuld be a nation or a collection of nations, prehaps it is our duty to reach out to them? (Prehaps missionary journeys into outer space sounds farfetched, but its not impossible and the bible doesent say anything against it does it?)

We are living in perilous times and people are heading to hell on a bullet train. Our work is cut out for us. Aliens are demons! Deception is rampant. There are New Agers that commune with these "aliens" daily. It's a sign of our times. Supernatural spiritual experiences are on the rise as well as God's Spirit being poured out. Don't be fooled by this drivel. God wouldn't have us to be in the dark about something such as other races/nations of people in other galaxies.

Atheists are tough to beat though, I will admit. Since this is an atheist world, it's easy for an atheist to win a debate over a Christian because he has a lot more sources. But if you choose your gameplan correctly, you can easily take them down.

But since Muslim isn't mainstream and I have no knowledge or contact with it, it is slim that it is a correct belief.

Christianity, on the other hand has substantial saturation and is recognized as the only God, pretty much globally.

I believe the scientific evidence points to a young earth. I've been studying geology for nearly 20 years. At first I was an old earther and couldn't understand how anyone could say the earth was less than 10,000 years old. The longer I studied the evidence the more I was swayed over to the young earth side.

I heard on KLOVE just recently some statistics that support the Christian principle thinking...

And these are from memory so if someone knows how to get the real numbers and source it would be great...

94% of the Constitution is paraphrased from the Bible (alot from Deuteronomy)

36% of the above is actually word for word.

next will come a parade of atheists falling all over themselves to tell all of us here just how happy and self-actualized they are and how much private charitable work they do and how moral they are and how they have all been happily married and faithful for dozens of years and how they are terrified of the U.S. becoming a "cotton mather-esque" puritanical theocracy and that's why they are here, selflessly dedicating themselves to being internet keyboard commandos to fight the horrid evil of Christianity.(hint:someone is lying!)

[Commenting on a story where a guy ordered his stepdaughter to beat up her little brother, who died as a result]

God instituted the death penalty. It was instituted with such evil murderers in mind. Both parents should receive the death penalty. And WHY was the 10 year old girl NOT arrested and taken to juvenile hall? She, at age 10, was well aware she was killing her brother to have kicked and punched him for that length of time. I suggest she sit in the step-father's lap in the electric chair.

Of course Harry Potter isn't about Christianity. The reasons it opposes Christianity is that it supports magic. Magic is bad according to Christians. In the old testament you were commanded to kill anyone who was a witch. So you don't think kids really get into Harry Potter adn try to do magic and stuff? Ok, that's you opinion. All I want to ask is when is the last time you worked with kids? L[ord]O[f]T[he]R[i][ings][/i] is alright because magic isn't it's main theme and if you know anything about the books the only people who could use magic were semi-gods sent from the west (or god) to help battle Sauron. It's the Christian idea of God sending the Holy Spirit to empower and help us in our daily struggle against Satan.

Quote# 426

[Advice to a woman whose husband is serving an 11 year jail sentence]

"For richer, for poorer. For better or for worse." has got to mean something. You both vowed to stay with each other no matter what. If you love him, stay with him. If you don't love him, you should still stay with him. It's a commitment.

Technically, hubby has the discretion to divorce his wife in this case and it wouldn't be a sin, but then both of them would need to stay single until one of them passed away.
