[On Osama Bin Ladin]

Not to mention the stupidity of the American government and our intelligence agencies. Ironically though our failure to catch him could be related to America turning away from God.

[in reply to the question of whether jesus was liberal or conservative]
Jesus is an omnipotent, omniscient, benevolent, intolerant, theocratic dictator.

Follow Him -for free- and you get everything you'll ever need.

Don't follow Him and you'll go to Hell.

Those are the choices, no middle ground, no compromise.

...and that's the way I like it!

The first schools, and universities, were started with the idea of proselytizing Christianity, and training missionaries.

From the Mayflower Compact forward all was based on Christianity.

Laws against stealing, murder, adultry, perjury, all had their basis in Christianity. Laws protecting private property, gun rights, privacy, and religious freedom, had their basis in Christianity.

Now people such as yourself find Christianity anathema to your beliefs.

The demons of Satan's army will soon physically manifest themselves as Aliens, arriving in armadas of space ships which we have heretofore called UFO's. The plan calls for them to suddenly appear at many places on Earth simultaneously. Some will appear at the White House to confer with the President; some will appear at the United Nations; other aliens will appear at key governmental buildings all over the globe. Aliens will appear in some people's homes or on their front yards. The world's peoples will literally be shocked out of their minds. This is the Plan. This may occur before the worldwide Rapture of the Church; we must be prepared to deal wisely with this planned phenomenon.

In response to: "The bible clearly condones slavery in the OT. So wouldn't condemning it in our modern age be a betrayal of traditional bible values?"]

i'm ok with indentured servitude, provided the slaves are provided with survival necessities and an eventual alternative career plan, such as the ownership of 7 acres farmable land after period of 3 yrs slavery (ect.), and think this should be legal.

[Although I understand your points, what if they stoped all abortion in China? Can you imagine what a disaster that would be? China would have to invade it's neighbors to gain living space for it's people, possible leadin to an invasion of Russia.

God bless.]

In God's and my eye's, the bigger disaster is abortion.

Quote# 31629

God is awesome.

He had me born into a family I love. Besides God and family, I like video games a lot. He had me born when video games just started to come out, so a lifetime training in them makes me a world class master in many games. He commissioned me as a messenger, and my task is easy compared to early Christian's persecutions.

I have a great life thanks to God. And the cool thing is that it only gets better in Heaven.

Try getting democratic brothers and sisters the book "If Democrats Had Brains, They Would Be Republicans", like my hubby did. He got them for early Christmas presents, as we will not be with his family anymore (except for a wedding) until Christmas.

Boy, oh boy....talking about starting a conversation. It was more like a "war". Why do democrats get like that? I thought one brother in law was going to blow a cork.

[But although I'm a Christian, I understand that there are a lot of people in America who aren't Christian. I just don't think we should impose our views on them by force(which is what puttion those views into law is, force).]

Then we should have closed our borders when we were a Christian nation and told others to stay out. Our nation was loving and safe and peaceful when we followed the 10 Commandments. The more that we appease those who reject those laws the more this country is in danger of being released from the protective hand of God and being destroyed from within or without.

Quote# 31621

“I’m currently going through ‘Created to be His Help Meet’ the second time. Recently, we received a phone call from a lady taking a survey on local businesses. She asked if I was ‘a head of household.’ I smiled and told her, ‘No, my husband is.’ She insisted, ‘Well, you are one of the heads of household.’ I laughed out loud. A month ago, I might have agreed with her, but tonight her comment brought to mind the picture of a two-headed dragon. Both heads were trying to go in a difference direction, so, getting frustrated, each began blowing flames and scorching the other’s head. I thought about how odd it is that we even consider a two-headed household as normal. I mean, if we saw a two-headed sheep standing out in the field, we’d rightly think, ‘There is something terribly wrong with that!’ Our society is full of two-headed monsters. It’s good to be on the outside. Eventually, I might have figured this out on my own, but I’m glad to have had the privilege of being taught by Debi to be a proper help meet and keeper of my home!”

Couples who are fertile and do not have children are indeed selfish. They don't want to bring new lives into this world that they can then care for. Why? Because they're immature and care only about themselves. I know couples who cannot have children and desperately long for them. Compare them to these wastes of space who believe its their decision to let their family line die with them because they can't be bothered with diaper changing, 2AM feedings, parent-teacher meetings, soccer games, teenage rebellion, tuition fees, etc.

Blah. All part of the new Western culture that says love yourself above anyone, and your every desire should be met - instantly, if not sooner. I'm nauseous.

Why do ONLY humans have a conscience, can utilize multiple languages that are written AND spoken, why are we the only one's able to think freely and create stuff like a computer? no animal (we are not animals) has been able to create a computer or anything in the sorts!

How come birds use the starts to navigate around the globe to a tropical area during the winter, then come back? Why don't birds just stay in tropical areas and forget the cold ones? Why can't "we" evolve and be able to read the stars?

Scientists did a test, they covered the view above the birds eyes, and they got hopelessy lost and could not navigate.

A Scientific Prediction from Genesis:

Besides myself, all other people that try to tell us what Genesis is saying do not understand the text, and are speaking from ignorance. I’m sorry to have to take this position, but there are too many false teachers and unqualified people talking about “creation\evolution debates” (when no such contest exists), and proclaiming false doctrines about Genesis, such as Creation Science, theistic evolution, progressive creation, and “gap” theories. There is even the fad of “Intelligent Design”, which is a big waste of time, and has almost nothing of value to offer.

...

I am now making this declaration, so that mankind may know that the words and events written in Genesis is true, and the humanist theories of our origins are false. I predict that secular science shall soon find, if they have not already, solid evidence of prehistoric mankind, which is earlier than 30 million years in age. The book “Moses Didn’t Write About Creation!”, states from Genesis that mankind has been in his present likeness for over 60 million years. Moses wrote about extinction and restoration.

{Reviewing Life in the Undergrowth, a documentary on bugs narrated by David Attenborough)

I find the narrator hard to understand. With his strong English accent, I have to listen very closely. Also, while the photography is great, this series is far too heavy on evolution. It treats evolution as if it were fact instead of a theory, which is more accurate. I feel as though I am being endoctrinated.

Quote# 31599

A true atheist is one who denies God in order to commit sodomy.

A true atheist cries when murders are executed, but smiles when babies are killed.

A true atheist drives God out of every aspect of modern life and then cries about persecution on the internet.

A true atheist mocks those who believe in Christ, but happily consorts with Wiccans and pagans.

A true Atheist believes the saving power of Christ is a joke, but lighting candles and praying to the earth goddess makes sense.

A true Atheist would rather censor creationism then be bothered to prove evolution.

Quote# 31594

Doing it God's way brings much success in child rearing. They become people of excellence! Children of Christian homes make their own decisions for Christ. They are introduced to Jesus as their own Saviour and when the Holy Spirit reveals to them their sinful state as He does with everyone else He reveals to, then they come on their own. A Christian family provides that opportunity early---which is God's reasoning.

There is no reason for children to consider any other choice. There is no salvation or value in any other choices!
