Her mom was just looking out for her. What if her mom hadn't done that and she had ended up pregnant or with a STD? Her mom knows better and you guys shouldn't judge the situation without full detail.

I love that her mom did that.

Is Hussein Obama going to destroy America with his Atheistic Communist views?
Let's face it people, with this new Spending bill he has, he's really shaping up to be the worst president ever.

He's for gay marriage, he's pro abortion, he's pro atheist and pro muslim, pro Communist (as shown with his new spending bill.) pro marijuana and he's anti-christian and anti-good in general

I predict that in his first term he will legalize the evils of marijuana, gay marriage, LSD and in 4 years so many people will have been turned atheist by him that abolishing Christianity will become one of his campaign platforms. He will win the elections and Christians wichip edrounded up, thrown in jail and upon release we will be micro chiped to make sure we don't worship the lord and repeat offenders will be killed. Sound crazy? Well his new spending bill disguised as a stimulus package shows that he's about to turn us in to comunists.

Look, Darwin’s book was all about a few finches, huge stretches of logic, and the rest was an attack on God and His Creation. 150 years later and now we know even the finches were a bust since they are all still finches. When they turn into a dog let us know, until then people of God will rightly laugh at the failure that was Darwin.

You state that "scientific theories are 1) falsifiable. 2) based on natural, not-supernatural, phenomena. 3) based on observation or experiment." With regards to 1, creationism isn't falsifiable because we know it's the Truth and so can never be assumed false. But why should creationism be excluded because it doesn't suffer from the same attributes as Man's fallible beliefs? With regards to 2, if "scientists" arbitarily reject a whole class of theories a priori, can they really be thinking scientifically. Science is supposed to be a search for truth, regardless of what that truth may be. As for 3, creationism IS based on observation and experiment, unlike Darwinism. According to Genesis, animals reproduce after their own kind, which is precisely what we see. What we DON'T see is cats giving birth to dogs, or apes giving birth to humans.

...no, humans are not ANIMALS. We are Mammals.
Animals are anything, living that isn't plant-life or human.
Thus birds, which lay eggs and thus are not MAMMALS, are also Animals.
And Reptiles as well.
They, are actually the Animals I was talking about... Like when people say dinosaurs have more in common with birds than reptiles.

We may be mammals, since we reproduce in that manor, but that does not make up Animals.
Animals don't have the ability to reason like we do... If they did, they'd be running the world, don't you think?

Question 1 - Why wont God heal amputees?

My answer - He DOES! I have witnessed a mans leg growing out before my eyes as the power of God healed him. Another man we know had his feet amputated from an accident. The Lord spoke to him and told him to go into the shoe store and pick out a pair of shoes...........any size. He did. The Lord then told him to put his stumps into the shoes and as he did, new feet grew into the shoes. God is indeed a miracle worker, He DOES heal amputees, so this question is a moot point.

Evolution teaches that say a rose will eventually evolve into a fig tree. This is the fundemental teaching of Darwin. But if God made a rose then it will forever bud as a rose, for its gene base cannot change. It has been set like this, likewise a fig tree.

So evolution is a complete useless hypothesis.

If creationism is a logical fallacy because we KNOW that God's Word is infallible, then how on Earth can you possible say that Darwinism is scientific when Darwinists are required to ASSUME that God's Word is somehow false? Why the double standards? That doesn't sound very fair or scientific to me.

Okay, maybe this is going to sound nuts but I'm just telling something I read somewhere else.

Some guy said he had a very strange experience a night or two ago. It seems that his dog got "the shakes" all over. He kept trying to comfort the dog and hold it for a long time, to no avail. And, no, there was no scary thunderstorm or anything that would reasonably cause it. It just kept shaking.

Then, when he thought about it the next morning, he thought it was either: a) an evil presence in the room that the dog possibly sensed; or b) that animals, who are very sensitive to things like coming earthquakes and whatever may have possibly sensed the rapture is upon us.

So I just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced their pets behaving strangely the last day or so? It gives me CHILLS to think the guy's pet may have sensed the rapture is close!!!

To: Christian Coalition of America/Christian Broadcasting Network

I am a teacher in Florida and I want to tell you how bad of an influence collegehumor.com is to the christian children of America. In my 6th hour swimming class last week, two young males offered money to two female students for switching bathing suits in the schools pool (as was done on this evil web page). When the attempt was unsuccessful, one of the female students ended up exposing herself to the class. After I asked the male students where they learned of such an immoral idea, they referred me to www.collegehumor.com. I have told several parents that this web page is responsible for the misbehavior of students. I think a petition to ban this web page will help several christian organizations put this immoral page away forever and stop them from negatively influencing our fragile children. If you have any social conscious or moral dignity, then you should sign this petition. The people who sign this petition would like you to use your power, and the power of god to eliminate www.collegehumor.com.

My wife is a devout Catholic, and I'm a staunch Calvinist Protestant so we butt heads on evolution all the time. She claims that a 'day' described in Genesis (7 days of creation) could have a total different meaning back while the earth, moon, sun were being created - so 1 day could have been 1 billion years. I personally believe in the literal translation that it took 7 days - if it was any different, why would the Word of God tell us 7 days when it actually was 1mil-1bil years.

But, on a personal level, I overlook her wacky beliefs...

This should have been obvious decades ago because animals can't breed human descendants which even children know. But God said he would hide the truth from those who claim to be wise and learned and reveal it to little children. And nothing proves that more than the ridiculous theory of evolution.

Are you actually trying to say that Jesus would embrace homosexual marriage, Communism, abortion, Right to Chose, feminism, anarchy, religious diversity and secularism? What kind of homespun Christianity do YOU practice?

Two serious concepts that you have ignored:

Hitler— even if he was a "religious man" at one point— abandoned his faith. He believed in evolution to a psychotic degree, claiming that he was killing off the less evolved people and creating a "master race." Evolution and murder are polar opposites of Christian doctrine.

Catholicism IS NOT CHRISTIANITY. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. Funny you should mention that because I was actually going to make a stamp on the matter, heh.

Yes, even that "little old agnostic woman" down the road. The fact that she is agnostic shows rebellion toward God, no matter how many nice cookies she bakes for everyone. God can see through her façade and read her heart. Inside, she is in rebellion against her Creator.

I am not sure just how old the earth really is in chronological time as we know it. What I do believe is that G_D created the heavens and the earth just as he said he did. He also created the archeological records the scientists refer to in the earth. So why did G_D do that? I will ask him when I get to heaven. In the meantime those archeological records are useful for discernment of things that relate to the end times events that may be facing us from the earth, like the Yellowstone super volcano and it's supposed history of going off at about 600,000 year intervals and we are now, by those archeological records, about 640,000 years past the last eruption.

So I believe that G_D gave us those records for a purpose even if G_D did indeed create the earth a literal 6000 years ago.

I just found this website, http://www.fstdt.com/, where they take quotes from good Christians and make fun of them. There's even some taken from Yahoo Answers! they need to be stopped. I think we should start a lawsuit, saying they have no right to quote us outside of Yahoo Answers, because our words are our own and we didn't give them permission to quote us. Who's with me!

*on the question "What is you're view on atheists?"

They're brainwashed kids in school or right out of school who were inculcated with science texts that were written by Talmudic Jews, and they write most US school text books. Evolution isn't rational the way it is taught but it's taught anyway because it discredits the belief in God and Christianity. The purpose for this Jewish propaganda is to destroy the American culture under the Zionist globalist plans and specifically to destroy Christianity which the Jews hate.

[on whether the Bible is self-contradictory]

It's only contradictory if you are not "rightly dividing the word of truth." It's the skeptics who always find contradictions but if they would repent and submit themselves to Christ and get transformed, the truth would start to open up to them. Their very attitudes keep them from the knowledge they need desperately.

We do better when we are under a good Bible teacher who has the gift of teaching and also reading those books and Christian literature that help us see the truth as it is. The Lord will direct our steps when we allow him to.

Who wants to learn about a faith that promotes contempt, hate, anger, jealousy, pride, and ignorance? Christians are the face of God on Earth. You'd best be watching what example you make of the God you claim such love for."

It does promote contempt, but only of people who deserve it. We don't hate everybody - just homosexuals, abortionists and athiests, and others who have turned their backs to God. Everybody else is fine.
