Being a homosexual is wrong and always will be wrong in the sight of God. Lets quit sugar coating this sin and call it what it is "SIN". Can a homosexual go to Church and the answer is yes. Unless they are living in a homosexual relationship, then the answer would be no.

I can say this, when (and I do think it is when, not if) homosexuals are allowed to serve openly in the military, military service will NOT be a career I will urge my sons or daughters to pursue.

There are millions more like me too, as the lion’s share of military personnel come from the most socially conservative parts of the country (read, “the South.”)

When the military gets dominated by sexual perverts, who will defend us?

What would be the motivation for such a deceptive endeavor? Obvious motivations include trying to prove evolution, trying to disprove or cast doubt on the Christian Bible and the existence of the Christian God, trying to disprove the young-earth theory, and trying to disprove creationism. Yes, there are major political and religious ramifications.

The dinosaur concept implies that if God exists, He tinkered with His idea of dinosaurs for awhile, then probably discarded or became tired of this creation and then went on to create man. The presented dinosaur historical timeline suggests an imperfect God who came up with the idea of man as an afterthought, thus demoting the biblical idea that God created man in His own image. Dinosaurs are not mentioned in the Bible.

Highly rewarding financial and economic benefits to museums, educational/research organizations, university departments of paleontology, discoverers and owners of dinosaur bones, and for the book, television, movie and media industries, may cause sufficient motivation for ridiculing of open questioning and for suppression of honest investigation.

[During Private Museum Tours, Denver Children Learn About Creationism]

They dismiss much of what's on display in the museum as "pseudo-science" and describe many of the graphic depictions of paleontology and evolution as merely "artwork." Standing before a display on "Life in the Cenozoic Seas," Jack told the group, "This is a great museum if they would take out the propaganda, if they take out the pseudo-science. It's appalling because students go away thinking that cows turned into whales."

They deride the notion that anything so complex as the human eye could be the result of random mutations, or that the scales of a fish could over millions of years become teeth.

"This is a fairy tale, " Jack declared to the children. "How do they know your teeth evolved from scales? Everybody, try that with me, how do you know?

"How-do-you-know?" the kids repeated in unison.

At another exhibit, Carter pointed to a fossil of a giant fish found in Kansas and said, "Who likes to fish? Who would believe you could catch a fish this big in Kansas ?"

It's ok Brother, the thing that should make you smile the most is knowing that when that troll takes his first step into eternity, that God will judge him/her accordingly and that their just reward will be handed out. Let them live a little bit longer and know that when their time is coming, that The Lord will remind them of this slight towards me, as well as others, and remind them that their time is coming, and that the Fear of the judgement of The Lord will be at hand for them, that that there's no way to escape :)

Remember, eternity is when the wing of the dove that circles the earth touches it but once every one hundred years to brush but a speck of dust away to wear it down to but a speck of dust, and The Lord re-forms the earth, for a new dove to do just the same, new earth after new earth and so on and so on, for time will stand still for on and on and on. Scary, isn't it? Yet, ppl like that simpering little troll just thumb their nose at God and His believers in Christ. Must be scary to be an unbeliever on their deathbed, knowing they're about to pass through that door into eternity.

Last week, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) added the Family Research Council (FRC) to its list of “hate groups” for adamantly opposing the radical homosexual rights agenda. As you may know, I ran FRC from 1989 until I jumped into the 2000 Republican presidential primary.

While I was there, FRC opposed same-sex “marriage,” opposed Bill Clinton’s attempt to end the military’s ban on open homosexuality and we published papers warning about the promotion of the radical homosexual agenda in the public schools. Those issues were well worth public debate then and they are today.

Nothing has changed at FRC since Tony Perkins took over. It was not a “hate group” when I ran it and it is not a “hate group” today. What has changed in recent years is the aggressiveness of the “tyrants of tolerance.”

The Left has been on a cultural jihad to label traditional conservative values as “hate” and beyond the pale of public discourse. Those who demand tolerance for every imaginable “lifestyle” are incredibly intolerant of conservative views, and they seek to silence us all. They would shut down any defense of traditional marriage and the sanctity of life as “hate speech.”

A Note to American Atheists

Don't Feed The Trolls

Quote# 77860

As we enter the Christmas season, atheist groups are lining up again to bash Christianity.

A group called American Atheists purchased a billboard in New Jersey that shows a silhouette of the Three Wise Men approaching the Nativity. Underneath is written, “You KNOW it’s a Myth. This Season, Celebrate REASON!”

It’s interesting that this same hostility isn’t displayed against Muslims during Ramadan or towards Jews during their Holy Days.

Apparently the American Atheists are ignorant of the fact that history proves Christ’s birth is not a myth. Jesus is not only the promised Messiah, God born of human flesh, he is the crucified and risen Savior of the World. Over three hundred fulfilled biblical prophecies, corroborated by non-Christian sources and eyewitness testimony are stubborn facts atheists simply pretend aren’t there.

Atheists seem to hold a deep-seated, irrational resentment against Christmas and the joyous message of salvation that it declares. They are apparently too proud to admit their sin and need of a Savior, so they flee to “REASON.” Yet, their atheistic reasoning is so inconsistent and depressing.

I have always wondered why atheists spend money on billboards to try to persuade others of their position if they really believe their own ideology. According to honest atheists, if there is no God logic dictates there is no truth, right or wrong, or meaning.

Yet some atheists are compelled to live as if what they think is true, and that their lives actually do matter. It looks to me like they didn’t read their Nietzsche very closely and can’t live according to “REASON” after all.

As for the alleged abuse, it’s time to ask some tough questions. First, there is a huge difference between being groped and being raped, so which was it Mr. Foley? Second, why didn’t you just smack the clergyman in the face? After all, most 15-year-old teenage boys wouldn’t allow themselves to be molested. So why did you?

There are 24 shopping days left till Christmas.

And 171 days left until Jesus' second coming.

That's the message on 40 billboards around Nashville, proclaiming May 21, 2011, as the date of the Rapture. Billboards are up in eight other U.S. cities, too.

Fans of Family Radio Inc., a nationwide Christian network, paid for the billboards. Family Radio's founder, Harold Camping, predicted the May date for the Rapture.

Their message is simple — "He Is Coming Again" — and their aim is to get unbelievers to turn around quickly. But critics say the billboards are a waste of time, one more failed attempt to predict the end of the world.

The Rapture is going to be a great day for God's people but awful for everyone else, said Allison Warden, 29, who orchestrated Nashville's billboard campaign. She's a volunteer with WeCanKnow.com, a website set up by followers of Family Radio. She and other fans designed the billboards, along with T-shirts, bumper stickers and postcards to get Camping's predictions out.

Warden traveled from her home in Raleigh, N.C., to Nashville last week to check out the billboards, purchased through the end of the year. She wouldn't say how much they cost or name who paid for them.

She is absolutely sure that Camping's prediction is right.

"It's a certainty," she said.

The Hawaiian hula is the filthiest dance on earth. I can understand why the Christian missionaries tried to mentor the natives away from it. People today criticize the early missionaries like they were bad people, and perhaps some of them were; but they were justified in trying to change the Hawaiian culture from one of paganism and sexual immorality to one of grace, chastity, belief in Jesus Christ, and decency. Hawaii is a very sinful place today, and the hula is as filthy as ever.

In fact, Hawaiian women have been taught to have much contempt against Christianity, so when they do the hula, many of them deliberately make it as sleazy and whorish as they can. All of the islands are saturated with sinfulness, naked women, dirt-dancing and apostasy. It is very difficult to find moral people, even amongst professing Christians, in the island cultures near the equator.

Many Witches do agree that evil spirits exist. But what they do not acknowledge is that Satan is alive and well. They believe that he is just a creation of the church and has no bearing or influence on their lives. Therefore, if you don't believe in something it does not exist. Some Witches do believe in the God of the bible and Jesus. But they believe that Jesus was just a good teacher and use parts of the bible to justify what they believe. They call themselves Christian witches or born again Pagans! Like many so-called Christian denominations, they twist and distort the word to fit what they want to believe. However, Gods word says that Satan does in fact exist and that he is the deceiver of the world. Yes there is a spirit world but it is not to be contacted. Calling on the spirit world will only bring up demons. There are no good spirits and they do not inhabit the elements. There are no gods or goddesses. There is a horned god and his name is not Pan. It is Lucifer. Aka Satan!

Creation science will (thankfully) continue to prove your ignorance for decades to come. Unfortunately, people of reason and science need to continue fighting against ignorant, unevolved darwinian robots like yourself.

Which is truly a far jump. Neither of these college students did this prank due to any Church or christian teaching.

Quote# 77778

The Bible is criticized for allowing slavery, and for not condemning it. At best, it’s seen to be a reflection of the morals of its time, at worst, actively evil. But it is a mistake to view the institution allowed in the Bible as equivalent to the slavery of Africans in American history. The slavery in the Bible is more like a form of indentured servitude. Such an arrangement would allow a poor man to survive. While not ideal, in an era before government welfare programs, slavery would be preferable to death, especially when some forms were more equivalent to modern-day employment than what we think of as slavery.

We also see the rank hypocrisy of atheistic attacks on the Bible. Slavery was an evil that occurred on all inhabited continents, and all races have practised it and been its victims (the word comes from a heavily enslaved “white” race, the Slavs). It was finally abolished only by evangelical Christians in the West using explicit biblical reasoning. Yet who do the antitheists single out for the evil of slavery? The Christian West!

[Justification for the mauling of 42 youths by bears in 2 Kings 2:23-24.]

The mauling of the forty-two youths is a mainstay of the atrocities lists. Once again, the context will show that this is not an unreasonable act at all. First of all, the word that is translated “youths” more accurately means teenagers or young adults. Second, the reference to “bald head” probably refers to Elisha’s shaved head in mourning that his mentor Elijah was taken from him (male pattern baldness was not common in ancient times, so this explanation is the most likely). So a group of at least 42 young men is jeering at Elisha’s bereavement, and “go on up” is probably a threatening wish that the same thing that happened to Elijah would happen to Elisha. Elisha is therefore protecting himself by cursing them (and God obviously agrees because he sends the bears). 42 of the young men are mauled (the word can refer to an injury as minor as a scratch). That two bears were able to injure so many indicates that the youths were fighting the bears, and didn’t scatter.

Furthermore, in the ancient world, what were 42 young men doing idle? They should have been helping their families. They were dangerous juvenile delinquents. A modern day equivalent would be finding one-self in a shady, abandoned part of town, and a gang of young thugs starts jeering.

[Richard] Dawkins’ proselytizing ways remind me of my pimply youthful days at boarding school where those into smoking cigarettes and boozing (worse was yet to come) seemed to be really keen to get others to follow their destructive and illicit behaviour. Why did they try to coerce their fellow students into doing such things? Was it ‘safety in numbers’, that they felt a little guilty for their behaviour and would feel more secure if they could get more to join in their little rebellion?

Professor Dawkins’ obsessive campaign to try to convince others to be atheists reminds me of those days. Perhaps it is not that Dawkins really believes that there is no Creator-God, but that he wishes there were not and if he could just convince enough others to agree with him, then he will feel more secure. Has he confused his wishful thinking for reality?

Quote# 77757

(After the previous poster stated her children went to public school and are fine.)

1. Were your children sexually touched by a teacher or other students? If no, you were LUCKY, because these days many kids are being introduced to sex and being sexually molested at school by other kids and even sometimes teachers. You cannot trust a young child to be safe in schools.

2. Are your children devout Christians today who sincerely and truly love Jesus and want to serve Jesus? Yes or No?

3. Children are very open and impressionable and teachable at young age, and they will become conditioned, programmed and even brainwashed to believe whatever they are being exposed to the most. So having your child around teachers and students who are unbelievers in Christ and following the world, wiccan, new age, antichristian beliefs, will influence your child immensely and may make or break your child in growing up to love Jesus or follow another path.

4. Jesus set a good example. Spend most of your time surrounded by like minded people, believers. And only spend a little time around unbelievers.

2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

5. Only mature Christians should spend a lot of time around unbelievers, when they are sharing the good news about Jesus or helping those in need. Sending a young child to an atheist/agnostic/wiccan/new age environment is not only dangerous, it's very likely to have a life long affect on that child's beliefs about Jesus. Children are being PROGRAMMED, and are not in a position to teach other children about Jesus, because sadly, there is more darkness in schools than there is light.

No Christian parent should ever send their child to school, it's too risky, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. If they are not getting bullied, or sexually molested, they are being programmed and brainwashed with sexuality, body image, Darwinism and Atheism and Witchcraft and Harry Potter Sorcery!
