Reasons To Beware Of Feminist Men:

1. Against Their Nature: Wouldn't it strike you as strange if a tiger suddenly turned vegetarian? This is because it is against their basic nature. In the same way, feminism is against the basic nature of men and that is why women hate men who claim to be upholders of women's rights.

2. Traitors To Their Own Cause: The types of men who start calling themselves feminists are seen as 'traitors' among men folk. Generally, men despise male feminists much more than they despise female feminists. How do you trust someone who has betrayed their own kind? If they have betrayed their own gender that is men, they might as well betray you.

3. No Chivalry: Usually men who believes in the rights of women usually lack chivalry. They treat women as equal, but not better than men. So when you are an equal, he doesn't have to hold the door for you or pay your bill. Just like Atheists have no holidays, feminists have no concessions for being women. That is why legendary actress said, "Women who want to be equal with men lack ambition."

4. More Liberation Than We Need: When a man turns feminist, he becomes much more radical than the most rabid feminist. They start preaching for much more liberation than women want or need. Now, we may believe in our right to not wear bras as it is a symbol of oppression and gender stereotyping; but do we really want men to be burning bras on the street for our cause?

5. Women Like Bad Boys: No matter how technically correct feminist men are, women hardly ever get attracted to such men. Women have this sinister quality to get attracted to all the 'wrong' kinds of men. The mythical 'bad boy' who is a woman beater and a chauvinist still reigns supreme in the fantasies of women. Put it simply, women are a bit masochistic from within and that is why 'abusive' men is what most women partly want.

All in all, feminist men are not bad, but they are too good to be true. Would you like to date a man who calls himself a feminist?

Quote# 89061

[A Mosque Is Not Like a Church or a Synagogue]

The marked proliferation of mosques in the U.S. since 9/11 should raise a red flag for Americans. Recent controversies surrounding mega-mosque construction projects countrywide -- many in locations with almost no Muslims to speak of -- have grave implications for the future of these targeted communities and areas beyond.

Accelerated mosque-building -- in Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Ground Zero, New York; and Santa Clara and Temecula, California, to name a few -- carries significance beyond the mere construction of a collection of Muslim houses of worship. It represents yet another orchestrated effort to oust traditional American values and replace them with Islamic practices, laws, and beliefs.
Although most U.S. mosques heretofore have been built without resistance, the newly attendant controversies present speciously polarized views between, on the one hand, ostensibly welcoming, tolerant, multi-culti progressives who deny any possible radical agenda despite substantial evidence to the contrary in existing mosques and, on the other hand, so-called fearful, Islamophobic, ignorant bigots unwilling to embrace diversity. Mainstream media's predominant point of view is that any opposition to mosque-building represents a blatant unwillingness to integrate Muslims into American communities. This view disallows the possibility that such objections represent appropriate, reasoned responses to an attempt to destroy America from within and supplant its culture with a supremacist, totalitarian, and misogynistic ideology.

Islamic terrorism expert Steven Emerson, executive director of the Investigative Project for Terrorism, attributes the spate of mosque-building and land acquisition to the Muslim American Society (MAS), an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood. Emerson contends that the MAS has been actively buying up property and establishing mosques to control the appointment of imams who "distribute the message they believe is necessary to spread Islam around the world."

It should be noted that a mosque is totally unlike a church or a synagogue, entities that serve their communities under the law of the land and are both empowered and restrained under the First Amendment of the Constitution. Under the Establishment Clause of that amendment, the government is prohibited from establishing a state religion or conferring preferential treatment on one religion over another. Although the government may not interfere with religious beliefs and opinions, the proscription of religious practices is permissible, as in the examples of polygamy and human sacrifice.

In the U.S. and in other Western countries, Christians and Jews freely and critically choose their brand of theology from a multitude of ecclesiastic offerings and determine their individual levels of religious observance or none at all. The exercise of faith and the observance of faith-related practices occur across a broad spectrum of individual behaviors based solely on personal choice.

In Muslim countries, no separation exists between mosque and state. Islamic doctrine or sharia controls all aspects of a person's existence, from the correct way to use the toilet to permissible forms of lying, or taquiya. For Muslims, Mohammed is the perfect man, whose every example must be emulated, even though by Western Judeo-Christian standards he was a mass murderer, pedophile, rapist, torturer, and looter. Furthermore, Islamic doctrine is immutable, and any criticism of the traditions and practices of Mohammed is considered apostasy, which is punishable by death.

No free individual will exists or is allowed when it comes to practices and observances. Sharia must be strictly followed. A mosque is a symbol of this ultimate authority and serves the function of organizing every aspect of life in a Muslim community...

(To Kristin M. Johnson who asked about some anti-GLBT bills "License to bully" and "Don't say gay" and the wawe of suicide among Tennessee teen gays)

As a fitting critical thought question, it could be asked if other identifiable groups that engage in behavior of which ‘others may disapprove’ commit suicide at similar rates? In other words, do prostitutes, pedophiles, polygamists, murders, etc., commit suicide at the same, or similar, rates to homosexual behavior practitioners? If similar rates were hypothetically so (not proven to be the case), do these behavior practitioners commit suicide at a higher rate because someone may have disapproved of their behavior or for other reasons? Should society avoid disapproving of pedophilia, prostitution, murder, etc., because practitioners of those behaviors may commit suicide at higher rates?

Forgiving adulteress woman … The basic error is it teaches people can do what they want and they will be forgiven even if they don’t repent. Holy s**t can't scientists ever do something cool? Look just because you were beaten up in fourth grade it doesn't mean you have to keep throwing all of these s****y dinosaurs at us. I know the dinosaurs are just made up anyway, you took random dragon bones and started rearranging them into bullshit shapes to impress your basement dwelling science friends. Next time I want you idiot paleontologists, fossilologists, and geologists to start creating a dinosaur with an ak-47 instead of a dick on it’s head, okay? Maybe the people will start supporting your bogus career. Personally, I used to humor this whole theory of evolution thing, back when science was all about atomic explosions and curing smallpox. These days, science is about the Earth getting colder and dinosaurs looking increasingly stupider. What a crock of shit. This is why I support creationism, there are no surprises and everything is based on fact. You know, facts like reptiles have scales, birds have feathers. This isn’t Harry Potter, you can’t just shove two random animals together and call it a “hippogriff.” It’s a disgrace.

It would have been easier if we were invaded by space aliens and immediately subjected to being stripped of our constitution and rights by their forces. At least then we would know exactly who was inflicting this and would hopefully have the will to rise up as a nation and fight it. America, however, is devolved into a nation of sheeple, a third of which are now on the government teat and will vote to live, and a horde of third world invader peasants waiting to join them. The perpetrators of this demonic attack against our nation are of course the Marxist/Lenninist Obama administration, but they are aided by weak representatives in Congress who have seemed to have lost the will to fight, if they ever had it to begin with, and an disattached Supreme Court. I agree Obama has fundamentally transformed our country into a totalitarian dictatorship state without firing a shot. Despite that we don’t deserve it, I hope that God will be merciful and will save and deliver the decent people of our nation, and fry the demonic forces to a crisp. Although I pray for a Republican sweep in November, I am concerned that the damage done to our constitutional republic is so extensive, only God’s direct intervention can turn the tide against the ever pressing attack by the demonics to save us and our future generations.

To become more equal than other animals on the politically correct farm, the most privileged among us have to pass themselves off as oppressed. This has caused an endless stream of phony “hate crimes” against homosexuals. At least the 1998 Matthew Shepard killing — liberals’ answer to the Passion of Christ — wasn’t staged. But as few seem to realize, it wasn’t a hate crime either:

The story garnered national attention when the attack was characterized as a hate crime. But Shepard’s killers, in their first interview since their convictions, tell “20/20's” Elizabeth Vargas that money and drugs motivated their actions that night, not hatred of gays.

If punks kill you for drug money, it’s just another sad tale of life and death in a disintegrating civilization. But if it happens to a homosexual, it is a National Tragedy to be hyped for years.

Obviously if homosexuals really were “oppressed,” the media would be able to uncover violence against them motivated by their repulsive behavior (i.e., genuine “hate crimes”) — especially considering how aggressively they have been shoving that behavior in everyone else’s face.

The courts do not have the right to re-defined religion, re-write the Bible, in effect creating their own religion and then making laws to establish this religion. It's why we have a First Ammendment. The moment the government gets involved in rewriting marriage, they are now on religious grouns, where the government should not be. Can't have it both ways.

Yet here you are also repeating the same things. As usual activists demonize others for doing the very thing they do.

Why do you also offer reasons why other perverse redefinitions of marraige should not be allowed while condemning others who do the same? Your behaivior is hypocritical.

70 sect members found living underground in Russia

A reclusive sect that literally went underground to stop contact with the outside world kept 27 children in dark and unheated cells, many of them for more than a decade, prosecutors said Wednesday. The children have been freed and the parents charged with child abuse.
Some of the children, aged between 1 and 17, have never seen daylight, health officials said. The sect's 83-year-old founder Faizrakhman Satarov, who declared himself a Muslim prophet in contradiction with the principles of Islam, has also been charged with negligence, Irina Petrova, deputy prosecutor in the provincial capital of Kazan, told The Associated Press.
No members of the sect, who call themselves "muammin" after the Arabic term that means "believers," have been arrested, she said.
The children were discovered last week when police searched the sect grounds as part of a probe into the recent killing of a top Tatarstan Muslim cleric, an attack local officials blame on radical Islamist groups that have mushroomed in the oil-rich, Volga River province.
Satarov, a former top imam in the neighboring province of Bashkortostan, declared his house outside Kazan an independent Islamic state. He ordered some 70 followers to live in cells they dug under the three-story building topped by a small minaret with a tin crescent moon. Only a few sect members were allowed to leave the premises to work as traders at a local market, Russian media reported.
The children have been placed in local hospitals for observation and will temporarily live in an orphanage, pediatrician Tatyana Moroz said in televised remarks.

Quote# 89023

Nature NEVER forms spiritous liquors. The fruit (grape) may rot and turn sour but it takes ART to convert juice to alcohol. The indispensable conditions for vinous fermentation are exact proportions of sugar, yeast or gluten and water with air temperature between 50 and 75 degrees. Chemical science forbids vinous fermentation when heat exceeds 75 degrees and assures the acetous (vinegar). Since the Middle East is well above that even at night most of the year, something had to be done to preserve the juice (wine) for the year, or else it would all turn to vinegar! To assume it was all turned to alcoholic wine is a ridiculous assertion and flies in the face of historical fact. Josephus, famous Jewish historian declares that he has seen provisions at the Jewish fortress Massada including grapes and fruits, kept fresh to last for 100 years!!!! Pliny the Roman historian confirms this. Don't let anyone tell you that grapes have to be kept by making alcoholic wine so they can last the year!!

So we see that the portrayal that grape juice was only preserved by fermentation is utterly false. Unfermented wine was the most common wine in biblical times. It was not what we know as wine today which is always alcoholic. You cannot defend wine drinking today on the basis of biblical times because the two are totally different.
Argument from the Passover

Some will still say that Jesus Christ indeed drank alcoholic wine and we know this by the passover (which was the last supper - Mark 14:14-17
). There is a difference of seven months grapes between the harvest and passover. They will say “they didn't have refrigerators, so to keep the grapes from souring, they were fermented”. As we have shown above, the seven month time span would not have been a problem due to the multitude of frequently used preservation methods, all of which easier than fermentation, available to the people at that time.

After all that hard work I would hate to see our son have to resign his membership just after becoming an Eagle Scout. Quote# 88997

The possiblity that Hitchens' unfortunate death from cancer could have been directly or indirectly influenced by his atheism remains open. In the indirect sense, it is known that the atheistic philosophy of the objective meaninglessness of life correlates with vices and mental unwellness. Atheists and secular Americans are known to have higher rates of drug abuse(which in a broad sense could include smoking and drinking as well), and regular churchgoers are known to have much lower rates of mental illness and depression. The depression that sometimes persists alongside atheism could have conceivably influenced him to use harmful matericalistic pleasures like tobacco and alcohol as a coping mechanism, since an avowed atheist like Hitchens would not decide to seek spiritual health, attend a Christian church or look for "answers" in the Bible. This provides reason to speculate that atheism influenced Hitchens' bad habits, which lead to his cancer and death.

Whether Hichens' cancer death was influenced in any direct sense remains more uncertain. While a Christian should not speak directly for God, the Bible does show that, in specific instances, God has been known to punish sinners and the unrepentant with disease. The Bible has also made it clear that those who wish evil on others deserve no better themselves, and as Hitchens praised the sad and gruesome death of Rev. Jerry Falwell, the possibility of divine retribution remains as well depending on a Christians interpretation of God's word and actions.

On the flip side, God has been shown to bestow mercy on those who are sick and seek His help. The many stories of Jesus healing the blind, crippled, and ill are the first examples. Even during today's times, there have been claims of modern day miracles as well, such as the possible "curing" of a person's cancer by a Roman Catholic priest, through the power of prayer - something which Hitchens likely rejected to his deathbed. Again it would be presumptuous for a Christian to speak directly on God's behalf, as is Hitchen's most obvious eternal fate according to the Bible (for only God knows for a fact whether or not he repented on his deathbead) nevertheless the possibilities are a good topic of discussion among Christians and non-Christians alike.

[comment on book "A Charter On Negative Liberties"]

Morality is a concrete thing. It doesn't vary with the whims of a society. If we acknowledge that rights are granted by God (Declaration of Independence), then the same God has cast morality in stone. It is written on the heart of every human being. Furthermore, morality and worship are two entirely different things. God gave us free will, but He also gave us government to curb destructive behavior. See Romans 13.

A Muslim has a right to go to a mosque on Friday and worship there. He has no right to impose Shari'a law on the nation. Observe the distinction. Shari'a law is a moral system. It is not God's morality because of the egregious and unjust penalties it imposes. And it is not a form of worship. Our notion of liberty is founded in the Judeo-Christian consensus. Hindus see nothing wrong with taking a young girl to a temple and forcing her to become a prostitute. We know this is an egregious violation of that child's rights, and we do not permit that here. Morality is something very specific, and the mere fact that some people do not understand clearly what it is, or choose to ignore their own consciences doesn't mean that we don't have a duty to maintain the very fabric of society upon which our freedoms are based.

The organic law which the Founders left us is most CERTAINLY FULL of morality. The very idea of stating that rights come from the Creator is a moral statement. If we can ignore morality when it comes to harmful activity, then we undermine the very basis of our freedoms. I believe you have not thought through the implications of what you wrote, and I am challenging you to do so.

God dictates morality, not the federal government or any other government. When a government attempts to contravene God's moral law, that's dictating morality, even IF it appears it is granting freedom. Licentiousness enslaves on the most basic level. A licentious nation cannot maintain freedom.
