Statutory rape should be decided on a case-by-case, frankly it's a judgement call.

Ex : 14 year old girl, 18 year old boy. I don't necessarily see anything wrong with that.

Ex : 14 year old girl, 40 year old man. That's generally wrong BUT sentence should be individual. If he's seducing her, throw the book at him. But if she seems to be the primary actor and "shit happened" I don't necessarily think prison is appropriate or helpful. More likely the girl has psychological problems that she's going out seducing middle-aged men for casual sex. She needs help and counciling, and he needs to keep his dick in his pants, I'd give him a year in prison to help him do that.

Just like with murder there's different degrees.

There's a difference between "we were having a fight, he fell, hit his head and died" vs "I snuck into his house while he was sleeping and cut his throat."

One is "shit happens" and the other is "you're a cold-blooded murderer and a danger to society."

But there's no degrees in rape. The guy who brutally beats a woman and rapes her in the ass is getting the same sentence as a portly middle-age schoolteacher that couldn't help himself when a lolita offered herself.

I don't see feminists complaining when a 35 year old female teacher is having sex with 14 year old boys. And frankly the 14 year old boys aren't complaining either. What does she usuallty get? A slap on the wrist? I don't see NOW holding protests over that. They just don't care.

Child support and alimony should be abolished.

Your body, your choice, your wallet.

If he shows up to court and wants to be involved, he should have automatic 50/50 custody.

If he doesn't show up, doesn't get involved, then raise the child yourself. Whoever actually wants to raise the child should raise the child.

If she doesn't care, doesn't want to be involved, then HE should take the child and raise it.

If they both care about the child, then do a 50/50 split parenting.

As far as forcible rape goes, I know there's a tendency to want harsher and harsher sentences, but honestly I think 18 years 9 months in prison is quite alot by anybody's standards, especially when the other inmates know you're in for rape. It's not gonna be fun and games, trust me, and you're prolly gonna get raped in prison and you prolly deserve it.

The irony is total.

After all, in the great “shutdown showdown” crisis of late 2013, congressional Republicans proposed funding everything in the entire federal government – everything, that is, except the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Give us everything we want, authorize funding for the entire government, including Obamacare, or we shut it down – and our allies in the media will blame you.

And so, the Democrats got their way and Obamacare was launched, leading directly to the largest manufactured crisis in modern American history, with millions of people – up to 100 million in 2014, astonished experts warn – losing their health insurance after being endlessly promised otherwise.

Let this sink in: Republicans like Sen. Ted Cruz – for trying to prevent what everyone (including many Democrats) now openly admit is a gargantuan national health-care crisis manufactured entirely by Democrats – are accused by Democrats of “manufacturing crises.”

Psychologists have a term for this nasty personality quirk of accusing others of the evil you do. It’s called “projection” and is defined as “a defense mechanism that involves taking your own unacceptable qualities, feelings or actions and ascribing them to other people.” Also, “a way to transfer guilt for your own thoughts, emotions and actions onto another as a way of not admitting your guilt to yourself.”

Why do they do this? Because, in their imaginations at least, violence on the right would validate their narrative. Worse, it would finally seem to justify and even necessitate Obama’s violations of Americans’ core liberties – gun control and confiscation, censorship of conservative news and talk radio as “hate speech,” the growing police state, advanced surveillance state and so on. All would be seen as necessary restraints against all those conservative terrorists out there.

Of course, in the turmoil (and secret left-wing revelry) over a major “right-wing terror attack,” forgotten and irrelevant would be the fact that you – and tens of millions like you – are being forced to obtain new and much more expensive health-care insurance. After all, we’re under attack by right-wing extremists!

It’s the perfect crisis.

On a more personal note, here’s something to keep in mind during these difficult times: When you’re upset and angry, you can be negatively transformed in many different ways. When you’re not upset and angry – when you’re cool, calm, collected, centered, thinking clearly, cheerful, confident and full of faith – you’re invulnerable to being transformed from the outside, no matter what happens. Instead, being faithful to God, you are being transformed from within, and what’s more, you will tend to quietly transform (influence) – for the good – everybody with whom you come into contact.

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” – Romans 12:2

1. The word “gay” itself is very revealing. Many think they adopted the term to describe themselves as “merry.” But there’s another dictionary definition for “gay” and that’s “licentious.” If you look at the definition of “licentious” it becomes plain this is what they meant: “lacking legal or moral restraints; especially : disregarding sexual restraints.” But people are too ignorant to see something like this in plain sight.

2. Medical research is a zero sum game. Every dollar spent on one disease is not spent on another disease. HIV/AIDS receives far, far more funding than diseases normal people die of.

3. The American people have basically decided that cigarette smoking isn’t worth the cost in terms of medical expenses and abbreviated lives, so the behavior is discouraged. But far more is spent on HIV/AIDS than on lung cancer, and yet homosexuality is encouraged and has become for all practical purposes, a religious cult. In fact, one could make a case that this cult is the de facto US national religion.

4. Our Founders created a nation with laws that were indistinguishable from God’s commands. They did this, this striving for obedience to God, so that the nation would receive God’s blessings. They understood the simple formula that obedience to God=blessings and disobedience to God=wrath. And we were richly blessed for the first couple hundred years of our existence. It wasn’t some accident that our laws conformed to God’s, and it wasn’t some accident that we were blessed for that obedience.

But in the past few decades we’ve become floutingly disobedient to God, and those blessings have been withdrawn. We’ve gone from a rich, prosperous nation to one teetering on the brink of bankruptcy. It’s not some accident that our disobedience is resulting in wrath.

Dear Father Jenkins,

I work for the Illinois Family Institute on the board of which sits a Notre Dame alumnus. In addition, we have a number of Notre Dame alumni subscribers.

I want to thank you for your efforts to obtain an exemption from the contraception mandate of the Affordable Care Act and urge you to pursue these efforts with vigor and tenacity. If institutions like yours do not oppose every effort that chips away at the religious liberty of faith-centered organizations, what possible hope do individuals have to preserve their First Amendment religious rights—rights that are daily under assault (particularly from those seeking to normalize homosexuality).

I also want to express my disappointment that Notre Dame has chosen to recognize a “student organization” initiated and shaped by those who affirm homosexual acts and acts related to gender confusion as normative and morally defensible. In permitting an organization that affirms subjective moral propositions that defy Catholic (as well as orthodox Protestant) doctrine, Notre Dame’s distinct Catholic identity has been weakened. Would Notre Dame recognize other “student organizations” initiated by those who affirm other sin predispositions (e.g. polyamory, consensual adult incest, or the “sexual orientation” recently designated “minor-attracted persons”)?

If the Notre Dame-recognized “LGBT” organization had been initiated by those who were committed to helping “LGBT” students live lives that embody Catholic beliefs on sexuality and gender, such an organization would be a service to Notre Dame students. Unfortunately, the central goals of students who affirm a homosexual or “transgender” identity are contrary to Catholic doctrine and as such can bring nothing but temporal and eternal harm—intellectual, emotional, physical, and/or spiritual harm—to “LGBT”-identifying students and the larger Notre Dame community.

On the profoundly significant dimensions of human nature that reflect the very foundations of God’s created order (i.e., sexuality and gender) the homosexuality-affirming community has little to say that reflects truth and much to say that violates Scripture, Catholic doctrine, and Notre Dame’s mission statement:

"A Catholic university draws its basic inspiration from Jesus Christ as the source of wisdom and from the conviction that in him all things can be brought to their completion….There is…a special obligation and opportunity, specifically as a Catholic university, to pursue the religious dimensions of all human learning."

I would urge your administration to reconsider the wisdom and biblical justification for recognizing an “LGBT” organization, all such organizations of which are based on false, anti-biblical assumptions about the nature and morality of homosexuality.

But perhaps you already belong to Christ and yet want to sue somebody and make them pay. How can you trust that Jesus died to take away your sins against him, yet sue others for sinning against you? How can you be filled with the Holy Spirit of love and peace, yet launch a lawsuit that may include slandering and swindling your opponent? How can you be a citizen of God's kingdom, yet go to court rather than count on God to judge?

Old habits die hard, but they must die. Don't fall back into behaving like your old, sinful self. Don't act like the sort of person you were without Christ. Act like who you are in Christ: a child of God who will someday share in God's good government of the world; a member of God's family who counts on brothers and sisters in the church more than on civil courts; a peacemaker eager to do good even if you must endure harm. The Bible says, "If you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps" (1 Peter 2:20-21).

If you're a follower of Jesus and have been born again with a new spiritual nature, then be who you are! You were once wicked, doing things the world's way, but that's not who you are anymore. There's a new you. And the new you shouldn't sue.

As was reported in Las Vegas, the union trucks go around to pick up the voting machines, and the truck has many voting machines already loaded on the truck, these voting machines are pre-loaded with HR votes, and then they unload the machines and it is all rigged. Lottery is the solution. Though it will never happen today, after the great change, those that are there to put in the new Constitution, can make this addition. Also have 5 year maximum for any govt job, and accumulative, no more. Career govt workers are a problem, 5 years is enough.

That supposedly populist Marxist catchphrase slyly distracts from the fact that everywhere they achieve political success, socialist ideologues practice gangster government – of, by and for a self-serving elitist clique. As gangsters typically do, they encourage whatever vices they can manipulate. They also liberally apply the salt of fear, to make their banal rule more palatable. And when they have attained sufficient power, they do not shrink from doing so with brutally forceful measures.

The U.S. Constitution derives from an understanding that stresses the need for effective limits and constraints on governmental power. This need arises from the same inherent evils that make government necessary in the first place. It is obviously inimical to the goal of dictatorship. Therefore, since even before his occupation of the White House, Obama and his collaborators have worked to disparage, undermine and discard the U.S. Constitution.

But many Americans are still adamantly unwilling to choke down the prospect of life under a vicious, dictatorial regime. Their eyes see past the populist disguise of socialist gangsterism. Some have (I think prematurely) concluded that America’s liberty is irretrievable defunct. But even they have by no means surrendered their allegiance to it.

Others, particularly those who believe in Jesus Christ’s permanent resurrection of hope, look unflinchingly into the abyss, sure that if they remember and trust in God’s law of love and mercy, He has the power to restore their nation to the better path of human destiny. It is especially (though not exclusively) among such people that the movement to impeach and remove Obama and his cronies from office arises.

From property taxes, graduated income taxes, inheritance taxes, state run medicine, Federal Reserve, interstate Federal gas taxes for roads, NSA examination and control of communications, civil asset forfeiture, quantitative easing, purchase of businesses like Chevrolet and sale of assets internationally, too big to fail banks, social restructuring with immigration, ever increasing school funding and taxes, and so on. The Democrats are very hard Marxists on every position, party plank.

Gonorrhea was up 4% in 2012, syphilis was up 11%; no doubt AIDS and hepatitis are climbing even faster. Syphilis hit an all-time low in this country in 1999–2000, but that was before cultural Marxists focused on turning homosexuality into a civil rights crusade so as to obliterate any vestigial traces of Norman Rockwell America.

Why is it that we are wired to be repelled by the smell of sewage and rotting corpses? Because contact with sewage and rotting corpses is extremely hazardous to our health. Why is it that the sort of activities that go on in San Francisco bathhouses evoke revulsion in the vast majority of us, regardless of what the media tells us we should feel?
